The MMP-UHV50 is an ultra-high vacuum (UHV) micropositioning system. Linear motion with 50 mm travel, 190nm minimum step size and high native accuracy and repeatability. Designed to ensure full compatibility with UHV applications, including overheat protection, zero power mode, and bakeable to 100°C. The MMP-UHV50 is modular and a 2kg load limit. System includes the Micro-DriveUHV controller with software.
